| In April 2004, Fiona Pruden is
launching a new series of watercolour classes
where you will be encouraged to extend your existing knowledge and gain
the confidence to develop your own individual style.
From Monday 14th June until Tuesday 13th July, from 9.30am to 12.30pm,
these classes will run every Monday or Tuesday mornings (ie join for all 5
Mondays or all 5 Tuesdays) and are designed for those who have mastered the basics and are looking to
‘splash out’ and take the next steps to producing successful
watercolours. If you want to
loosen up, enjoy painting more freely, learn new techniques, consolidate
what you already know, or just experiment with exciting colour mixes,
these classes are for you. Fiona is finally responding to numerous requests to start sharing some of her painting secrets. She has gained a wealth of experience through 10 years of dedicated hard work. During this time she has studied with some of our most exciting contemporary watercolourists including James Fletcher-Watson, David Curtis, John Yardley, Shirley Trevena, Hazel Lale, Bryan Thatcher etc.
You will
be encouraged to work freely and intuitively, whilst understanding the
theory you need and approaching your work methodically. As part of a small friendly group you will have the freedom
to enjoy trying new techniques and will have the opportunity to build up
your confidence. Class sizes
will be kept small to ensure everyone receives the individual attention
they need. The Willow Watercolours studio is set in a peaceful rural location where you can concentrate fully on your work. Classes can be run at your own venue if required. Group sessions are welcomed Please enquire for further information and availability to fiona.pruden@btopenworld.com. |
