Patti has lived in Hertfordshire for over 25 years, where she was for Financial and Production Director of an electronics manufacturer based in Hatfield until she took early retirement in 1998.  She then took up both painting and pottery, but decided that painting was her preferred artform.  She studied drawing and painting at Hitchin College and spent two years with Maureen Bonfields' class at Tims Art in Hitchin.She moved to Ickleford in 2001 where a larger garden has enabled her to discover the joys of growing vegetables.  Patti is also a keen International Folk Dancer and skier.   

  Since she joined Willow Watercolours she has really enjoyed tackling many different painting techniques and subjects particularly flowers, boats and buildings and develop and exchange skills in a friendly and supportive environment.
