Lorna
has always enjoyed all
artistic pursuits
but a large family and business commitments put her own interests on the back
burner. Eventually early
retirement has given her the opportunity to explore her love of
Watercolours.
Landscapes,
river scenes and old buildings - particularly churches - are her
inspiration, painting many local scenes. These have proved
very popular and have sold particularly well at the groups village
exhibition. Like the rest of the group, Lorna works hard at developing her own style by participating in workshops and various classes, and really enjoys experimenting with other styles and techniques.
